Yarrow.

Yarrow

Used as an antiseptic.

Fevers.

Muscle spasms.

Induces sweating.

Ideal for poor circulation.

Stops bleeding, external.

Yarrow contains flavonoids (plant-based chemicals) that increase saliva and stomach acid,
which helps to improve digestion.

Tea: Steep 1 - 2 tsp. dried herb in 1 cup boiling water, strain and cool. Drink 3 times per day. But don't take it if you are pregnant or below age 13.

It is a mild sedative.

European women used to throw it into the fire and look into the flames for a picture of their future husband. Haha!

Legend has it that yarrow (Achillea millefolium) was named after Achilles, the Greek mythical figure who used it to stop the bleeding wounds of his soldiers, as well as his own spear wounds.
